Role Overview:

  • Support two company Principals, acting as their gatekeeper
  • Manage calendars and ensure Principals stay on top of daily schedules
  • Handle document administration, including marketing materials, position profiles, proposals, invoices, and financial reports
  • Oversee office operations and assist with various administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with the Accounting department on invoicing and budgets


Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management and meeting preparation
  • Document creation and administration
  • Project management duties
  • Office management and supply monitoring
  • Ad hoc tasks: Gifting for placed candidates, organizing team events


Required Skills:

  • Strong writing and communication skills for proposal creation
  • Exceptional organizational abilities
  • Proactive approach to work, constantly seeking ways to add value
  • Ability to work closely with Principals on client-facing documents
