The Opportunity

Executive Assistant and Office Manager role – a 13-month contract in our Calgary office - is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to four Senior Leaders, managing the daily operations of the office, and ensuring a smooth, efficient working environment. This combined role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining organization and contribute to the overall success of our home office operations.

What You Will Love Doing

  • Manage and prioritize calendars, arrange travel, prepare expense reports for Senior Leaders
  • Assist with project coordination and deliverables for key initiatives
  • Plan and coordinate team events on and off-site
  • Serve as the liaison between the Senior Leaders and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication across teams
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Calgary home office, managing inventory of office supplies and ensuring everything is stocked and operational
  • Act as main point of contact with building management and external vendors to manage office space and ensure a safe and productive workspace
  • Assist with managing office policies, supporting team members with office-related queries, and supporting with the adherence to health and safety standards for the team


All About You

  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in an Executive Assistant role and Office Manager experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills and an appreciation for detail
  • Willingness to support a variety of administrative tasks
