Location: Downtown Manhattan (Financial District) - (5 days a week onsite) Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Manage and maintain the executive's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (domestic and international).
Prepare and organize meeting materials, presentations, and reports.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Manage executive's correspondence, including drafting emails, letters, and other communications.
Screen and prioritize incoming calls and visitors.
Process expense reports and manage reimbursements.
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Anticipate the executive's needs and proactively address them.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the financial services industry.
Proven experience managing complex calendars and travel arrangements.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive and resourceful problem-solver.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Experience with office management responsibilities.
