Summary

We are a world-class, patient-centered Clinical-Community Psychologist, with a private practice in midtown Manhattan.

Being the face and voice of the Dr's private practice is an essential role. She is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is a team player and can maintain the “big-picture vision.”

Job Duties

  • Managing client scheduling, billing, referrals
  • Addressing client issues and concerns
  • Providing client reports
  • Supervising vendors and directing their activities
  • Process and update HIPAA-related paperwork and other regulatory forms
  • Office Coordination & Management of Personal Assistant and Administrators
  • Checking in with Dr. daily
  • Serve as the liaison between global office locations

Skills And Education

  • Business training or Bachelor’s Degree
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Basic computer skills such as MS Office and the willingness to learn new software
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work effectively in intense emotional circumstances
  • Ability to navigate patient scheduling and client correspondence
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a medical office setting using software for patient scheduling and billing (preferred)
