Being the face and voice of the Dr's private practice is an essential role. She is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is a team player and can maintain the “big-picture vision.”
Job Duties
Managing client scheduling, billing, referrals
Addressing client issues and concerns
Providing client reports
Supervising vendors and directing their activities
Process and update HIPAA-related paperwork and other regulatory forms
Office Coordination & Management of Personal Assistant and Administrators
Checking in with Dr. daily
Serve as the liaison between global office locations
Skills And Education
Business training or Bachelor’s Degree
High emotional intelligence
Basic computer skills such as MS Office and the willingness to learn new software
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work effectively in intense emotional circumstances
Ability to navigate patient scheduling and client correspondence
Well-developed problem-solving skills
Experience in a medical office setting using software for patient scheduling and billing (preferred)
