This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with multitasking, and eager to learn new skills—including leveraging tools like ChatGPT for marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize the executive’s diary, appointments, and meetings
Support basic marketing activities in collaboration with ChatGPT (training provided)
Plan, coordinate, and promote events or workshops via telemarketing, LinkedIn, and email outreach
Assist in recruiting and coordinating with contractors or freelancers for various business needs
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Basic understanding of LinkedIn and email marketing tools
Comfortable learning and using AI tools like ChatGPT
Prior experience in administration, event coordination, or recruitment is a plus
Nice To Have
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Notion, Trello, or CRM systems
