As an Executive Assistant, you will be part of the administrative support team, playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully with the organization's goals. **Job Title:** Executive Assistant **Location:** Kennesaw, GA **What's the Job?** + With guidance from Master Planner on all Material planning create work tickets in MRP based on historical consumption trend and customer PO's. + Based on the customer order, ensure all Sales orders can be fulfilled by releasing work order to production for build + Work closely with purchasing on material delivery status and ensure minimum material shortage impact to production. + Perform weekly inventory monitoring to ensure all inventory targets are achieved. + Coordinate production and ensure timely completion of work order to meet customer requirement. + Handle administrative work such as Production report, Fill rate report, Backlog reports. **What's Needed?** + 1 to 2 years' experience in Production Planning + Sound working knowledge/ experience of full order fulfillment cycle. + Able to navigate in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. + Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. + Results-oriented with a strong bias for action **Physical Requirements & Expectations:** + Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. unassisted and frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit and stand for long periods of time. + Be able to reach at, above and below shoulder level, flex/extend neck and have good hand and finger dexterity. + Specific vision abilities required by this job may include color, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception. **Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:** + Medical and Prescription Drug Plans + Dental Plan + Supplemental Life Insurance + Short Term Disability Insurance + 401(k) If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
