Role is supporting the Deputy Director of the Comptroller’s Office. It's a hybrid Action Officer/ Executive Scheduler/ Executive Admin role.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing incoming requirements, ensuring that the task guidance is clear, communicating to the team responsible for completing the task, and tracking metrics.
You will also be readily available to shift your focus to fulfill emerging client requests.
Your attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills, understanding of the client mission, and problem solving will enable the mission's success.
Track all office-level assignments and coordinate with other members of the agency
Proactively identify blockers and work with Office leadership to develop strategies to minimize or mitigate those blockers
Assist with briefing materials and documents
Track important milestones or actions
Prioritize work by considering its risk, importance, urgency, and potential business, organizational, and client implications
Interact with clients, government officials, and other executives in various sectors
Assist with office calendaring & management for senior leadership
Required Experience:
Experience in interacting and communicating with senior-level executives
Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks appropriately
Ability to manage multiple short- and long-term projects effectively
Ability to identify and manage client expectations, develop clear objectives and deadlines, and communicate taskers on behalf of agency leadership
Ability to pay strict attention to details and diligent adherence to deadlines and deliverables
Ability to be detail-oriented
Bachelor's degree
Preferred:
Experience with working in the front office in a government environment
Experience with U.S. government health and/or research organizations
Possession of excellent organizational, project management, spelling, and grammar skills
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
