Executive Assistant

Location: Gurgaon, India

Experience Required: 6+ Years

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Work Mode: 5 days a week from office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and dashboards using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and follow up on strategic projects and ensure timely execution of action items.
  • Manage email communication, draft correspondence, and maintain professional documentation.
  • Organize and support executive-level meetings, including agenda planning, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist in event coordination, communication briefs, and other high-visibility activities.


Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
  • Proven experience in managing the CEO’s office and multitasking across high-pressure responsibilities.
  • Expert-level proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written.
  • High attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, discreet, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; additional certifications or training in administration or business communication is a plus.
