What You’ll Do
Executive & CFO Support
Provide direct support to the CFO, ensuring smooth coordination of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Analyze and interpret financial data and key business trends, providing insights that aid in decision-making.
Assist in financial reporting, preparing summaries and presentations
Review financial documents, contracts, and reports
Manage confidential financial information, ensuring data accuracy and security.
General Executive Assistance
Collaborate with executive management and directors to ensure key tasks and responses are completed with high quality and efficiency.
Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules to support company initiatives.
Coordinate and maintain the Executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
Act as a key liaison between executives and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication.
