Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS) is the group responsible for leading Ericsson’s Enterprise Networking and Security business. About The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to support the Head of Enterprise 5G and the Global Enterprise 5G Leadership Team. This role is part of the executive leadership team and requires an independent initiative-taker with excellent critical thinking skills, diligence, and experience managing global travel logistics. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, adapts quickly in a demanding environment, and manages confidential information with discretion.
What you will do:
- Flexible Time Management: Align global schedules with key business priorities using strategic prioritization and a deep understanding of company goals. Must be able to work and operate in multiple time zones and balance workload accordingly.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration, streamline communications, and resolve redundancies.
- Business Operations Management: Provide oversight and regular diligence on workforce movement into the business unit and out, reconciling – correcting and sharing back insights to ensure a positive experience for our employees as well as preserve business momentum.
- Planning and Execution: Enhance productivity by planning, executing, and owning tasks, ensuring timely completion of key deliverables.
- Technical Mastery: Operate within a highly complex system environment to complete tasks and goals, also proactively driving synergy where possible to align as an efficient way of working.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, manage meeting logistics, take comprehensive notes, and follow up on action items for efficient meetings
- Event Coordination: Manage LT offsites and key employees' meetings in global locations by securing vendors, preparing agenda, prepping speakers and ensuring technology is secure with our end intent of employee engagement and business flow.
- Information Consolidation: Gather and organize substantial amounts of information into clear executive summaries to support decision-making.
- Global Scheduling and Calendar Management: Provide dynamic scheduling and calendar support, including preparation for all commitments with briefing materials, agendas, and itineraries for each LT member.
- Global Travel Management: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, managing complex itineraries and ensuring all logistics are in place.
- Expense and Budget Management: Manage travel expenses and reimbursements promptly.
- Communication: Function as a strategic point of contact between stakeholders, managing communications professionally and aligning messages with priorities.
- Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Focus Management: Identify areas where the Head of Enterprise 5G attention is most needed and help filter out less critical tasks.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Take on special projects as assigned, demonstrating initiative and the ability to manage tasks independently.
The skills you bring:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting key leaders in a growing organization.
- Experience managing complex global travel, including preparation of necessary documentation for international travel.
- High aptitude for learning new tools, systems, and processes quickly, with adaptability to evolving technologies and workflows. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to anticipate needs, provide strategic insight, and act with initiative and discretion.
- Experience in a demanding environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; customer service-focused with excellent phone and email etiquette.
- Impeccable diligence in scheduling, documentation, and travel arrangements.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining quality and urgency. Effective time management across multiple time zones is essential.
- Professional maturity and poise in all interactions and events.
- Ownership of tasks and projects with minimal supervision, anticipating needs and creating solutions that support office goals.
- Highest level of integrity and professionalism, managing confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
- Occasional travel may be required.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
The salary range for this position is
Santa Clara, California: $92,400 - $138,600

Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee’s start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
