As an Executive Assistant at Hasna, you’ll work closely with our executive team—managing schedules, meetings, travel, and communications. But you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll have AI tools and assistants to help with writing, planning, organizing, and more—so you can get more done in less time and focus on what matters most.

• Help plan and coordinate meetings, travel, and day-to-day tasks for our executives
• Use AI tools to draft messages, create presentations, organize information, and handle admin work faster
• Work closely with our admin manager to keep everything running smoothly
• Keep sensitive information secure and always act with professionalism and care

• Experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Comfortable using digital tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and task managers (like Asana or Jira)
• Excited to learn and work with AI—no need to be an expert, just curious and open-minded
• Fluent in English

• Salary: $2,000 – $3,000 net per month
