We provide more than 120 health and social care services to people in the north, north-west and north-east of metropolitan Melbourne, as well as statewide services with Carer Gateway and Gambler’s Help.
Holstep Health was formed in October 2024, following the merger of Banyule Community Health and Merri Health. We proudly announced our new name - Holstep Health - created with and for our community, in February 2025.

Holstep Health is seeking a dynamic, highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director – Client Services. Reporting to the Executive Assistant Lead, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to join a growing organisation committed to innovation and excellence in health services.
As the Executive Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the Executive Director’s time, priorities, and projects are managed with care and precision. You’ll also collaborate with the wider executive support team and work across multiple divisions to help drive strategic goals and deliver smooth, high-quality business operations; whilst managing two Administrative Assistants to support the overall delivery.

You are a confident, highly organised professional with experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environment, detail-oriented, highly professional and adaptable EA who thrives in a busy and complex environment where meeting commitments with quality and precision are a source of pride. You will have strong communication and relationship-building skills and the ability to handle confidential matters with diplomacy.
