About the Role:
We are seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant who is business-savvy, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, strategic environment. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and requires someone who can think critically, manage priorities, and act as a true business partner to the leadership team.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Preparing business proposals & managing presentation area with PPT & slides.
· Business Plans, Business Strategies & Business Analysis.
· Attending Business Meetings & Taking feedback.
· Strategy analysis & Decision Making ability.
· Providing direct support for the Senior Management team as required, particularly in meeting
business planning targets
· Carry out all the tasks like drafting letter, initiating communication, collecting researching,
analyzing data to prepare documents for review & presentation.
· Business Analyst to Managing Director on Business Strategy, Planning, Analysis, Growth &
Change Management, Budgeting, Valuation, MIS & Dashboards for decision making
· The ideal candidate is articulate, forward-thinking with a demonstrated ability to proactively
anticipate needs, analyze opportunities, and assess market forces impacting our organization's
growth strategy
· Develop strategic communications for internal and external audiences
· Day to day Planning and managing Directors Diary.
· Analyzing various MIS reports and presenting the summary of the reports to the MD every day.
· Organizing internal and external meetings, events and teleconferences, and taking minutes as required.
· Maintain confidentially and privacy at all times in respect of these and any other communications which are necessary and appropriate for the role and responsibilities.
· Report directly to Managing Director and act as point of contact for all the internal as well as the external customers. · Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
· Prepare strategic plan for growth and keep track of the same. Make business presentations for top management · Support MD in his Meetings & Decision Making with MIS
· Setting up Unit Heads & Business Heads for reviews with MD · Planning & Executing business projects, new business, feasibility analysis,
· Follow up on deadlines and commitments with Business
· Conducted Analysis to address business opportunities for enhancing efficiency of the organization
Qualifications and Education Requirements · B.Tec/MCA/MBA/any Bachelors or Masters Preferred Skills · Excellent Communication Skills
