We are looking for a passionate
Executive Assistant who will support the
Qualco ICT Leadership team, organizing and managing the executives' schedule and assisting them by performing a variety of administrative tasks to enable them to increase their efficiency and effectiveness.
A Day in the Life of an Executive Assistant at Qualco will include:
- Handling complex and ever-changing calendar & schedule meetings and appointments;
- Acting as the point of contact between the leadership team and internal/external counterparts;
- Screening and directing phone calls in a timely and professional manner;
- Making travel and event arrangements and create expense reports;
- Coordinating hospitality and preparing agendas for meetings/client visits;
- Keeping/Preparing Minutes of Meetings;
- Handling requests and queries appropriately; and
Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role work experience in a commercial company;
- Bachelor's degree;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Greek and English (Proficiency level);
- Microsoft Office certification will be considered as a plus;
- Outstanding organisational, attention to detail, problem-solving and time management skills;
- Strong sense of discretion, accountability and time management skills;
- Ability to perform in tight deadlines and high-pressure environments;
- Be flexible to deal with shifting priorities, dependable and punctual, and
- Be proactive and confident.
Knowledge of French will be considered a plus.
