You will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives, ensuring efficient management of schedules, communications, and executive priorities. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information. The Executive Assistant acts as a key point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating smooth operations and enabling the executive to focus on strategic leadership.

Requirements
REQUIRED
Credentials
Current Tier 3 clearance or the ability to obtain a Tier 3 clearance before the start date.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of five (5) years of senior-level administrative client support experience, including, but not limited to, organizing and coordinating meetings, and the ability to communicate effectively and concisely in both verbally and in writing. or have a High School degree with a minimum of ten (10) years of administrative experience working with DoD.

Five (5) years of experience providing executive-level support to DoD leadership and understanding of DoD organizations.
Working independently and managing the calendars of multiple senior-level executives with minimal guidance.
Develop correspondence using government procedures.
Managing protocol visits and activities.
Understanding of the regulations and policies regarding DoD travel arrangements.
Five (5) years of recent experience preparing travel authorizations and vouchers using the Defense Travel System (DTS).
Two (2) years of recent experience serving as a reviewing official for DTS authorizations and vouchers.
Experience leading and training others on administrative and travel procedures
DESIRED
Experience in collecting and analyzing information, developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
MS Office Application Certifications
