Summary

Serve as EA to a dynamic, down-to-earth, successful CEO/Entrepreneur focused in real estate development. This is a good fit for an experienced Executive Assistant (80%) / Personal Assistant(20%) with at least 5-7 years of experience, who enjoys working with a small handful of individuals, and where processes are still being developed. You should be comfortable working around some ambiguity as the role evolves. With that said, your future boss is a superb communicator; intuitive, smart, fair.


IDEAL FIT/EXPERIENCE

  • He would like someone who will handle and respond to all of his emails, as he states that this is not something he enjoys doing.
  • Prep him for the day through text, set dinner reservations, manage his calendar, arrange quarterly trips to Chicago, handle any IT systems issues, and do so with an organized common sense approach.
  • He is looking for someone who is a quick study, who will be able to engage with bankers, investment property issues, track, and manage research projects, and pick up anything that might fall through the cracks. Interface with attorneys and brokers
  • Be comfortable setting up systems, as well as identifying health and dental benefits, under your exec's direction.
  • Handle any personal matters as requested like renewing his car lease paperwork or handling a credit card purchase for a tennis program.

  • There are more than a dozen property locations and you will work out of the Needham location. He states that this is not a position where you will be glued to your desk. Get to learn his contacts quickly and bring a good attitude to the table.
