Job Summary:
Accountable to the Executive Team to plan, coordinate and expedite comprehensive executive support and administrative activities in a confidential manner. This role will report to a specific Vice-President(s) but will provide support to all members of the Executive Team as required.
Qualifications:
Completion of a Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration or a related program, supplemented with five years’ experience providing executive leadership support. Extensive experience using word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, e-mail, and related office administrative software is essential. Experience and a thorough knowledge of public service processes would be considered an asset.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
