We are looking for a sharp, proactive Admin Assistant to work directly with the Director. This is a high-trust, multitasking role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and follow up on daily instructions from the Director
Vendor coordination and management
Perform internet-based research and reporting
Maintain and update Excel trackers and documents
Handle scheduling, reminders, and task management
General admin support across teams
Requirements:
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer tools
Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent follow-up and organization skills
Comfortable with multitasking and handling priorities independently
Location: Mumbai
Work Hours: Flexible but responsive to tasks and updates
