Garden Cottages is a privately owned property management company in La Mesa, CA. We are a small operation, only 32 units, and have been in business for over 25 years. If you have experience with strong office skills, Microsoft - Word and Excel, Outlook comfortable with technology, and have used any kind of software that keeps track of expenses and deposits; then please apply. Qualifications: Bachelor degree Excel, Word, Outlook, Quickbooks 3 professional references Own an iPhone, Laptop Have your own transportation Live close to La Mesa, CA Responsibilities: Excellent communication skills: compose, you proofread everything you write. Multitasking is required at times. Maintain filing system and organized office, prepare mail, pay credit card bill, reconcile bank statement. Schedule maintenance workers keep up to date insurance chart tenant phone list, maintenance to be done on units. Ability to work independently in office and remotely; a thinker problem solver with a business mind, upbeat personality. Please apply if this sounds like you!
