Duties and responsibilities related to the Events Sales Coordinator role:
Support the Events Sales Manager to promote, sell, plan and execute a wide range of events within the hotel including weddings, corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings
Prepare sales-related materials such as proposals, contracts, and event orders
Conduct site visits showcasing facilities and events spaces
Offer clients comprehensive insight of the hotel offerings and recommend food & beverage options and accommodation
Serve as a primary contact for clients and guests, addressing inquiries about the hotel
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations
Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must
