The Event Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events, focusing primarily on our industry conferences and tradeshows. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of these events, from concept to completion, while maintaining a high level of operational excellence. Join our team and be part of a dynamic and innovative organization that values excellence in event management. * This position is located out of our Headquarters office located in Waltham, MA. * Base Salary $85,000-$95,000 with a 10% bonus opportunity A Day in the Life... * Plan, organize, and execute various scale events, including industry conferences, tradeshows, ancillary events, and experiential marketing activations. * Develop event strategies and outcomes that align with overall marketing goals and objectives. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand event requirements and objectives. * Ownership of event logistics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events. * Source and manage vendors and ensure timely delivery of services. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management.
