Summary

Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Assist and support various in-house customers’ events
  • Attend to daily events enquiries in a timely manner
  • Prepare event documentations and coordinate with sales, hotel departments and customers to ensure consistent and high level of service
  • Conduct market research on competitors’ analysis and market trend
  • Support daily administrative duties within the department

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
  • 1 year relevant experience
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Customer oriented with strong communication skills
  • Good proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge in Delphi.fdc is highly preferred
