Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our team for various events. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a key role in ensuring that events run smoothly and guests have a memorable experience. This position requires excellent customer service skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including seating arrangements and decorations. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing any concerns. Assist in making sure guest are not recording event or talking loudly. Support conflict management by addressing issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with event management teams to ensure all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly. Engage in public speaking as needed to communicate important information to guests. Greet guest as they enter the facility/Help guest find seating when and if needed Scan tickets to ensure guest have accurate tickets Experience Ideal candidates will possess: Previous experience in food service or hospitality settings. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Background in events management or theater is advantageous but not required.
