Summary

Are you ready to play a key role in shaping the marketing success of a strong portfolio of premium brands?

At Haelterman Group, we are looking for an Event & Sponsoring Manager who will contribute directly to our marketing strategy by boosting the visibility, attractiveness and premium positioning of our brands through powerful marketing activities and events.

In this role, you will lead and manage our internal and external event platforms, and take ownership of the activation and follow-up of our key sponsorships. As a visible representative of the group, you’ll build and nurture a broad network of partners and stakeholders in the events, sponsorship, and communication scene.


You’ll collaborate closely with the Sales Team and Management Team to ensure our brands stay relevant, visible and ahead of the trend. With a hands-on approach and a passion for impactful experiences, you'll be at the forefront of brand engagement for Haelterman Group.


Your Mission :

  • Lead & Inspire: You will take the lead in managing our major event platforms and key sponsorships from strategic planning to flawless execution.
  • Be the Face: As an ambassador of our brands, you'll represent the Group toward external partners, stakeholders and agencies within the events and communications landscape.
  • Connect & Grow: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Management to anticipate and activate the latest platforms, trends and opportunities.
  • Drive Excellence: You ensure on-time and in-full delivery of activation toolkits and materials, bringing our brands to life across multiple touchpoints.
  • Your Responsibilities :

    Brand Activation & Visibility

    • Activate our top brands: Carlsberg Green Label, Tao, Somersby, Bionina, St Hubertus, Masalto, Taittinger and more.
    • Build impactful and visually strong brand activations aligned with our premium image and DNA.
    • Ensure seamless link between offline events and online engagement.
    • Create and deliver rich content to power our brand platforms.

    Events & Sponsorships

    • Manage and optimize the performance of key sponsorships, including Hockey Deal, Jumpings, Pop-Ups, and Flagships.
    • Develop engaging, trend-forward event concepts that drive visibility and consumer love.
    • Brief and manage agencies for creative and production support.

    Budget & Project Management

    • Manage event and sponsoring budgets with care and impact.
    • Ensure each project is delivered on time, within scope and budget and with measurable results.

    • Growth in Sales, Share of Market (SOM) and Brand KPIs
    • Top of Mind Awareness and consumer engagement
    • Setting the tone in activation and event innovation


    Who You Are

    Experience & Skills

    • 3–5 years of experience in events, brand activation, or sponsoring
    • A strong network in the event and communication scene
    • Digitally savvy and comfortable working in hybrid offline/online strategies
    • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office (planning, budgeting, presentations)
