Role Description

We’re hiring a full-time B2B Event Sales & Partnerships Specialist, based on-site in Hicksville, NY. This role is all about building relationships that bring in business. You’ll pitch our services to event venues, wedding planners, caterers, and production companies to secure referrals, preferred vendor spots, and long-term partnerships. You’ll represent CR8 by Design at walkthroughs, expos, and networking events — opening doors and sealing deals.


This isn’t just about booking events — it’s about becoming a trusted resource in the industry and making CR8 by Design the go-to name for luxury event decor.



Responsibilities

• Identify and pitch CR8 by Design to venues, planners, caterers, and vendors

• Secure partnerships and referral agreements with industry professionals

• Attend venue walkthroughs, bridal expos, networking events, and client meetings

• Develop and present compelling proposals tailored to each partner or client

• Maintain relationships and follow up consistently to drive long-term value

• Track your leads, proposals, and deals using CRM tools

• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure seamless handoffs and execution



Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales, event planning, or hospitality sales

• Existing relationships with venues or planners is a major plus

• Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills

• Professional, confident, and creative when pitching and networking

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deals at once

• Knowledge of the NY/NJ event and wedding market

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
