Position Overview As an Event Sales Manager, you will engage with clients, understand their unique visions, and provide expert guidance to turn visions into memorable experiences. From sophisticated weddings to high-profile corporate functions, your expertise will ensure seamless execution and exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities: * Generate and manage event sales leads, building strong relationships with clients and vendors. * Conduct personalized tours of the event facilities and grounds, showcasing venue features and helping clients envision their event. * Develop tailored event proposals that align with client visions and budget requirements. * Negotiate contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive revenue. * Collaborate with operational teams to execute flawless events. * Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging innovative ideas to enhance event offerings. * Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction. Qualifications * Proven success in event sales of weddings, bar mitzvahs, and other personal events * Experience selling galas and corporate events is a plus * Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills * Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. * A passion for delivering extraordinary experiences and exceeding client expectations. * Hospitality or culinary certification is a plus. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel * Familiarity with event software/POS systems is a plus. * Adaptable to flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
