We’re currently hiring Event Sales Assistants to join our growing sales and marketing team in Chicago, IL. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in face-to-face environments, enjoys speaking with people, and is eager to gain real-world experience in promotional sales.


This customer-facing, in-person role is perfect for individuals looking to launch their careers in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Full training is provided, so no prior industry experience is necessary.


What You’ll Do:

  • Set up and maintain promotional displays at event sites and retail locations
  • Interact directly with customers, providing information on products and offers
  • Conduct product demonstrations and communicate value effectively
  • Assist customers through the sales journey, including handling basic transactions
  • Maintain visual merchandising in line with brand standards
  • Support event coordination, including setup and execution of campaigns
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
  • Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, and industry updates
  • Collaborate with team members to align on goals and execution
