Your Responsibilities:

• Independently manage the planning and execution of live, hybrid, and digital events
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop creative concepts in collaboration with internal teams
• Own and manage project budgets, cost tracking, and invoicing
• Coordinate external service providers and internal resources
• Mentor junior project team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
• Help refine internal workflows and ensure delivery excellence

What You Bring:

• 5 +years of professional experience in event project management, ideally in an agency setting
• Proven experience delivering corporate (B2B) events
• Strong organisational skills and a solution-focused mindset
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence in managing budgets, timelines, and team dynamics
• Fluent German (C1) and strong English proficiency
