How You’ll Make an Impact
Do you have a passion for keeping details in order, moving parts in sync, and projects on track? Gratsy is looking for an Event Project Manager to help bring our brand activations to life across the country. From pre-event coordination to post-event wrap-ups, you’ll support the Senior Events Manager in executing unforgettable experiences—whether it’s a mobile tour, pop-up, or custom event. You’ll play a critical behind-the-scenes role, managing vendors, timelines, and communication so our events deliver flawlessly, every time.
About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Event Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to get things done. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Events Team to support the logistical and administrative elements of event planning and execution. From vendor coordination and scheduling to permit processing and documentation, you’ll ensure every box is checked and every detail is accounted for. If you love building spreadsheets, coordinating moving parts, and being the go-to person for all things logistics—this role is for you.

Role Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
· 3-5 years’ experience in a support role for events or projects
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
· Basic understanding of event planning and management processes.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and event management software.
· Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, staff, and stakeholders.
