Salary: c£27,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Remote

Full-time, permanent


My client is a leading event experience agency, retained by a world leading major HealthTech brand. My client supports their Global Events Team to deliver amazing experiences for their audiences/customers at B2C exhibitions, trade shows and other live events worldwide.


I’m looking for an energetic creative individual, who is ideally looking to move into their second job to join the team as an Event Project Coordinator, developing experiences and content, with lots of support and training provided. Great opportunity if you are keen to work in events and/or a progressive creative agency.


What will you do?

  • Support the team on all projects with different types of work
  • Create PowerPoint decks to support project briefs
  • Support in the production of content creation for live and digital environments
  • Be involved with briefing and tracking the output of external agencies, freelancer and suppliers involved in each project
  • Check scripts, content and other assets
  • Develop the asset library as relevant
  • Set up and maintain archives and folders within Dropbox for all projects and content
  • General administrative duties.


What we are looking for

  • An outgoing individual with 1-2 years experience working in events, looking to move into their second job. You will be very keen to work in creative experiential events with full training and support provided.
  • Innovative and creative approach
  • Sharp attention to detail and ability to work at pace
  • Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and remain calm under pressure
  • Confident individual with excellent interpersonal, organisational, and written skills
  • Enjoy working collaboratively and on own initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills, with high level of efficiency using PowerPoint and Excel.
  • A bachelor’s degree in events, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Competent in working remotely.
