Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION Lead & Develop the Event Crew · Be the leader on the ground. Manage crews of varying sizes, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard. · Set clear expectations. Define roles, delegate responsibilities, and keep teams focused and efficient. · Coach and correct in real-time. Provide hands-on training and immediate performance feedback to team members. · Handle disciplinary conversations. Address performance issues directly, ensuring accountability and professionalism. · Foster a high-performance culture. Motivate the team, uphold company standards, and ensure crew members work with urgency and respect. Oversee Event Production & Logistics · Own the production process. Manage the full lifecycle of each event from load-in to teardown. · Ensure efficiency. Track crew performance to meet scheduled event timelines and adapt as needed. · Protect inventory. Oversee loading, transportation, setup, and breakdown of event assets, ensuring everything meets quality standards. · Drive with confidence. Operate box trucks (up to 26’), cargo vans, and rental vehicles as needed (training provided). · Problem-solve on the fly. Events don’t always go as planned—this role requires quick thinking and strategic adjustments to keep everything on track. Embrace the Physical & Travel Demands · This is a physically demanding role. Regularly lift, carry, and move 100+ lbs unassisted. · Frequent overnight travel is required. Events take place in various locations, requiring travel for multiple days at a time. Hotel and meals are covered for overnight shifts. What We’re Looking For · Expert leadership skills. Able to solve problems in real time and adjust plans as needed. · Reliable and highly organized. Keeps track of schedules, equipment, and team performance. · Physically capable. Regular lifting/moving of 100+ lbs unassisted is a key part of this job. · Valid Driver’s License. Must be able to drive box trucks, cargo vans, or rental vehicles for events. · Previous event production experience (setup & teardown) is required.
