About the Role

In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you'll support the planning and execution of exhibitions by coordinating event/trade guide production, providing exceptional customer service to exhibitors and visitors, and ensuring smooth onsite logistics and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production of event guides (print & digital) – from brief to delivery
• Coordinate exhibitor fulfilment, advertising material, and creative asset tracking
• Manage WIP documents, freight packing, and event preparations
• Handle high-volume customer queries with professionalism and efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, creative, and operations teams

Ideal Skills & Attributes:

• Strong administrative and project coordination experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Confident with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas), Outlook, and Word (mail merge)
• Experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or administration
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and remain calm under deadlines
• A team player with a solutions mindset and attention to detail
