Provide Event Planning (6-8 months) support for both virtual and in-person up to 400 attendees to include: coordinating venues, producing market research analysis, drafting event documents required for approval, drafting correspondence for attendees’ registration, coordinate internal IT support, coordinate with Benevolent organizations, set-up Audio/Visual, assist in the execution of the annual Warrior Care Program (WCP) Conference utilizing project management concepts.
Assist in the planning to include drafting or reviewing agendas, coordination of speakers/presenters and in the technical execution of bi-annual Warrior Care Program (WCP) RCC training.
Produce all required materials for the Benevolent Section, Fill in for the Benevolent Support Coordinator during times of manning shortfalls.
Collect, analyze, and report on the metrics of Benevolent activities.
Deconflict and manage the calendar for the Chief of Benevolence.
Manage wellness events and provide holiday support including making initial contact, internal write up, collecting referrals, following up post event, coordinating legal reviews, and adding data to the SharePoint.
Track and maintain current data in internal databases to include entry of all data and current reports related to benevolent support.
Perform general office and administrative support functions.
Possess a current SECRET clearance
4 years of direct experience in non-federal entity interaction related specifically to wounded, ill, or injured Service Members
