We are searching for a driven, creative, and passionate Events Manager to step you’ll step into a fast-paced, dynamic role where creativity meets precision. You'll work alongside a passionate team, bringing high-end corporate, lifestyle, and community events to life for some of Australia's leading brands and property developers.


To be successful in this role, you’ll need a minimum of 2 years’ event management experience in a similar role, with a proven ability to deliver outstanding events from concept to execution. This mid-level role is the perfect opportunity for someone eager to take their career to the next level.


This is a one-year contract role with the possibility of extension, offering the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to grow with us as we continue to expand.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing client proposals and budgets, ensuring alignment with objectives and expectations.
  • Conceptualizing and executing creative event solutions tailored to client briefs.
  • Managing a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Overseeing the planning and execution of high-quality events, maintaining excellence in every detail.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Monitoring and controlling event costs and timelines, optimizing efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Executing exceptional events under tight deadlines, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Leading and coordinating onsite event teams, ensuring smooth operations and flawless execution.
  • Collaborating with internal teams on large-scale events, providing day-to-day support and strategic input.


What You Bring:

  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong ability to anticipate challenges and think ahead.
  • Proven event management experience required. Minimum 2+ years’ experience in event planning, campaign management or similar role.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events.
  • The ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • A creative thinker with a strong ability to develop innovative and out-of-the-box ideas.
  • A background, familiarity, or passion for interior styling, food & beverage, entertainment, floral trends, brand activations, and social media.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other essential event management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Experience in risk management
  • The ability to commit to a five-day working week with additional evening and weekend availability for events as needed.
  • A well-developed knowledge of key event suppliers, venues, and industry locations.


Preferred:

A tertiary qualification or prior experience in the events industry.
