About the Role:

As a Creative & Marketing Event Management professional within Cisco UK, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of impactful events that support our creative and marketing objectives within the United Kingdom. This is a fixed-term role offering the opportunity to contribute to engaging initiatives and enhance Cisco's presence in the UK market.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the planning and execution of various marketing events within the UK.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop event concepts that align with campaign goals.
• Manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue sourcing, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure event messaging and branding are consistent.
• Support the creation of event-related materials and communications.
• Track event performance and provide post-event analysis.
• Manage event budgets effectively.

Requirements for this Role:

• Proven experience in event management, ideally within a creative or marketing context.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with event planning tools and best practices.

This is a fixed-term opportunity from May 23, 2025, to November 23, 2025, based in our client’s London - Finsbury Circus office
