We’re looking for a confident and capable Events Manager to join our London-based team and take the lead on a dynamic portfolio of luxury lifestyle events. Reporting to the Head of Event Operations, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional events across our renowned media brands: Elite Traveler, Spear’s, and The World of Fine Wine.
This is a hands-on, senior-level position within the team, ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, is comfortable managing complex projects end-to-end, and is excited by the world of luxury media and high-profile events.
What you’ll do:
- Take full ownership of event planning and delivery - from concept to execution
- Lead on-site event management, including international events in Europe and the US
- Research venues and suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing budgets
- Deliver outstanding service to sponsors, clients, and guests
- Monitor budgets (P&L) and report progress to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with marketing and editorial teams to ensure audience alignment
- Work with sales to develop sponsorship materials and support client meetings
- Manage multiple projects and tight timelines with professionalism and poise
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record of managing events independently and end-to-end (preferably 3+ years' experience)
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Confident budget manager, comfortable with reporting and P&L responsibility
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to work cross-functionally
- Creative and resourceful with a solutions-focused mindset
- Willing and able to travel internationally as part of the role
- Calm under pressure, thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
