Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Events Producer to join our People Ops & Employee Engagement team. They will manage the end-to-end creation, build, and delivery of live, virtual, and hybrid internal events & internal employee engagement. Reporting to the Head of People Ops & Employee Engagement, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft experiences that inspire, inform, and engage audiences.
From large-scale town halls, company-wide broadcasts and connection programs to smaller team socials, this role is critical in fostering connection, inspiration, and inclusion across our teams - and no project should be too big or too small.
Responsibilities:
• Manage ideation, planning and execution of events from concept through delivery (e.g. Town halls, panels, fireside chats, site visits, activations, internal events, team socials, special projects)
• Manage project timelines, production schedules, invites, registration, event documentation, content planning, logistics, run-of-show, scripts, presenter prep, agendas and post-event impact
• Liaise with internal teams (conference teams, designers, A/V, presenters, etc.) to align on event goals, messaging, briefings, follow-ups, run-throughs, and status meetings - with a clear sense of accountability and empathy
• Manage creative assets, build keynote decks, and work internally to execute brand-aligned environments
• Ensure flawless technical execution for in-person, virtual, and hybrid event and internal employee programming formats
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring flexibility, support and confidentiality
• Collate feedback and insights, and maintain post-event reporting to continuously improve future employee experiences, and earning & development programming.

Requirements:
• 5+ years' experience in event production or similar roles
• Proven track record of managing complex events
• Strong project management and organizational skills, BA or BS preferred
• Comfortable managing events of all sizes—from intimate workshops to global virtual broadcasts
• Strong cross functional collaboration abilities
• Strong track record of producing events in a fast-paced, high-performance culture
• Exceptional project management skills with a mastery of logistics and timelines
• Flex with a no project too small attitude
• Confident working with leadership and maintaining discretion at all times
