Are you passionate about empowering sales teams to execute successful events? As an LHW Event Manager (Contractor), you will play an integral role in supporting sales team members in planning and executing events in key regions. Leveraging your expertise in event management and LHW event SOPs, you’ll provide the tools, resources, and guidance needed to ensure seamless event execution that will help align global events with the company’s broader strategy. Your proactive approach in helping implement processes to address event support needs from the global sales team will bridge skill gaps and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
This is a part-time contractor position (20 hours per week) based in Los Angeles or New York. Working hours may vary to accommodate global time zones. There is work-from-home flexibility with the option to have local office access.
Key Responsibilities Include
Event Support and Management
Manage and support lower-lift sales events within assigned regions, ensuring efficient and effective delivery. Areas of support may include;
Budget management.
Creative asset development and template utilization.
Implementation of brand standards, programming and flow.
Collaborate with the sales team to align event goals with broader business strategies and company objectives.
Provide onsite support and execute complex sales events as needed.
Training & SOP Management
Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales teams on SOPs for event execution, ensuring alignment with broader global sales event strategy.
Sales Enablement
Assist the sales team in meeting and exceeding key metrics in the event ROI scorecard to ensure events are driving engagement &
Conduct 1:1 sessions, demos, and training to ensure effective event planning and management as needed.
Team Transformation & Collaboration
Play an active role in the transformation of the events team, encouraging cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements, Experience And Qualifications
5+ years of event management experience, ideally within a sales-driven environment.
Strong understanding of end-to-end event execution and logistics.
Proven ability to communicate clearly and organize complex tasks.
Experience creating and managing SOPs and training programs.
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player, with flexibility to support events across multiple regions.
Proactive in problem-solving, with the capacity to address event-related challenges effectively.
Deep alignment with company strategy and the ability to support broader organizational goals.

Technical proficiency in Cvent
Technical proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce, and Adobe Creative Suite (a plus).
Position Details
Hourly Rate: $30 per hour
Weekly Hours: 20 hours per week
Engagement Duration: 26 weeks (May-November 2025)
