We are looking for a high-energy, creative Event Management & Program Coordinator who can take charge of organizing engaging events, impactful podcasts, and mentorship programs that drive user traction and platform revenue. This is an exciting commission-based role with earnings tied directly to the success of each event or program you execute—plus, the opportunity to grow with us and gain equity.

• Lead the planning and execution of online and in-person events (webinars, bootcamps, mentorship showcases, etc.)
• Organize and coordinate our podcast series featuring mentors, founders, and changemakers
• Design and manage structured mentorship programs in collaboration with partners and internal teams
• Partner with mentors, sponsors, and organizations to create revenue-generating programs
• Drive community engagement and user acquisition through events and creative campaigns
• Track program performance, feedback, and drive continuous improvement
• Be the voice of InzpireU at events—spreading our mission and building relationships

• A passionate self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Experience in event management, community building, or program coordination (1-3 years preferred)
• Excellent communicator with strong organization and planning skills
• Comfortable using digital tools (Zoom, Canva, Eventbrite, Notion, Airtable, etc.)
• Prior experience with podcast planning or influencer marketing is a plus
• Bonus if you’ve worked with startups, educational institutions, or nonprofit communities
