The Event Coordinator will support the planning, coordinating, and execution of corporate events, trade shows, internal meetings, and client-facing experiences. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who brings energy and precision to every stage of event execution.
This position will require international travel and being in the office five days a week. This is a 8-month W2 contract position.
Responsibilities
Assist with planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, including conferences, summits, internal meetings, brand activations, and client hospitality experiences.
Coordinate logistics such as venue sourcing, vendor management, catering, travel, accommodations, audiovisual, and shipping.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Comms, Sales, Procurement, etc.) to ensure brand and message alignment.
Support pre-event planning, including timelines, budgets, production schedules, and run-of-show documents.
Manage event registration platforms, attendee communications, and post-event surveys.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in applicable areas
2-3 years of event coordination experience within a professional setting
CVENT and SharePoint software are required
