We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Day Of Event Coordinator to join our team for the day. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing various events, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly from start to finish. This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and assist with vendors
Coordinate and assist with vendor, stage assistance, red carpet assistant, food station assistance.
Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring that timelines are adhered to and that all details are addressed.
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the event.
Skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
Proven customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers for optimal outcomes.
Experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is a plus.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently under pressure.
Familiarity with event marketing strategies to promote successful events.
