Role Overview
As an Event Coordinator, you'll ensure flawless execution of our clients' most precious celebrations. Your attention to detail, confident communication skills, and dedication to excellence will create unforgettable experiences for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
Lead wedding rehearsals with professionalism and precision
Orchestrate ceremony processionals and recessionals
Execute reception coordination tasks to maintain perfect event flow
Collaborate with our banquet team to deliver outstanding service
Maintain impeccable venue presentation and organization
Qualifications
Experience: Food and beverage background preferred
Certifications: TABC and ServSafe Food Handlers (required)
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Character: Demonstrate extreme ownership, genuine enthusiasm, and meticulous attention to detail
Communication: Project confidence while maintaining positive interactions with clients and colleagues
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 30 lbs frequently and remain on your feet for 8-12 hour shifts
Pre-Employment: Must pass background check and drug screening
Compensation & Schedule
Position: Part-time (Weekends & Evenings)
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
