Property Soar is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of real estate-related events, including open houses, networking mixers, company showcases, and client appreciation gatherings. This position requires strong coordination skills, an ability to manage multiple projects, and a passion for creating memorable event experiences.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate real estate events from concept to completion
Secure event venues, vendors, and necessary permits
Collaborate with internal teams to align events with company goals
Manage event budgets and ensure cost-efficiency
Organize logistics including catering, staffing, equipment, and setup
Track RSVPs, manage guest lists, and handle on-site registration
Monitor event performance and gather post-event feedback
Maintain a calendar of upcoming events and project timelines
Ensure all events comply with safety and legal standards
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in event coordination or planning
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work evenings or weekends as needed for event execution
Comfortable managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic event planning software
