Property Soar is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of real estate-related events, including open houses, networking mixers, company showcases, and client appreciation gatherings. This position requires strong coordination skills, an ability to manage multiple projects, and a passion for creating memorable event experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate real estate events from concept to completion
  • Secure event venues, vendors, and necessary permits
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align events with company goals
  • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-efficiency
  • Organize logistics including catering, staffing, equipment, and setup
  • Track RSVPs, manage guest lists, and handle on-site registration
  • Monitor event performance and gather post-event feedback
  • Maintain a calendar of upcoming events and project timelines
  • Ensure all events comply with safety and legal standards

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in event coordination or planning
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work evenings or weekends as needed for event execution
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic event planning software
