The Events Assistant will handle promotional sales campaigns in a pop up platform. These pop ups will be located at large scale events pertaining to professional sports, non profit cause, political organizations, and the arts. This will be a highly social role with lots of conversation and dialogue entailed on a daily basis. One can expect to be up and about all day.
Responsibilities
- Promote campaign products and services at various venues daily
- Coordinate with vendors on logistics
- Support marketing efforts by promoting events
- Assist in managing event budgets and expenses.
- Provide on-site support during events, including guest registration and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for future improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to events.
- Assist in the coordination of speakers, presenters, and entertainment for events.
Requirements
- 18+
- Authorized to work in the USA
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
