Booth Staff for Avvy App at Anime Expo 2025 (JETRO Japan Pavilion “Geek Street”)

We are excited to announce that our company will be exhibiting at Anime Expo 2025 as part of the JETRO Japan Pavilion “Geek Street”.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us at our booth and help promote our mobile app Avvy to attendees.

About Avvy:

It's an app for creating original 2D illustrated avatars and VTuber streaming with just a smartphone.

Job Description:

As a booth staff member, you will be responsible for:

• Explaining our smartphone app Avvy to visitors.
• Encouraging visitors to try out Avvy on our demo smartphones.
• Asking visitors to complete a short survey after trying the app.
• Maintaining an inviting and engaging atmosphere at the booth.

Location: Anime Expo 2025 – Los Angeles Convention Center (JETRO Pavilion "Geek Street")

Dates & Working Hours includes a 1-hour break per day:

• 3 July 2025: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• 4 July 2025: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• 5 July 2025: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• 6 July 2025: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Able to commute to the Los Angeles Convention Center
• Friendly and approachable attitude
• Comfortable using smartphones and iPads
• No prior experience required – training will be provided
• A passion for VTuber, Japanese anime culture is a plus!
