Summary

  • Support EuCliD application:
  • Implementation of EuCliD in the country dialysis centers, following the project plan defined by Asia Pacific region / country management.
  • Management of user requests at local level, documenting them via the EuCliD help desk database.
  • Preparation of design input documents before submitting user requests to next service levels.
  • Involvement in EuCliD release process, approval of system requirement, performance of tests and records keeping with due dates set by corporate / Region EuCliD team.
  • Provide information to users about new system versions, translating release notes prepared by EuCliD 2nd Level team.
  • General application and operations user support.
  • Assistantce to country and end users in matters related to EuCliD.
  • Check data accuracy during EuCliD implementation.
  • Provide a comprehensive training service at different levels, responding flexibly and effectively to a variety of needs from internal college.
  • Plan and conduct all training activities at country level for both new and existing users.
  • Identify retraining needs in connection to new features, personnel changes, etc.
  • Establish EuCliD training sessions and update training to user at clinic level by work closely with clinical quality team.
  • Support Audit application:
  • Adopt and implement audit management plan ( We Audit program) within the scope of the assignment by work with a mentoring Country Nursing and Quality Manager.
  • Planning and executing the audit management activities and control processes either remote or on site.
  • Providing support after auditing for corrective/preventive actions and guidance for improvement.
  • Cooperate closely with the relevant Heads nurse, operation manager and other staff, support maintaining focus on auditing project delivery.
  • Inform Country Nursing and Quality Manager, Heads of the assigned business line of audit issues according to SOPs.
  • Work closely with clinical quality team in case of suspected misconduct as required by the applicable SOPs.
  • Develop competency checklist following to company standards
  • Monitors and document progress and provide validation feedback to the management team
  • Provides written activity reports to Head of operation
  • Provides oversight for annual competencies of frontline staff and complete skills checklist as required.
  • Other tasks work as assigned by the supervisor.
