Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive Salesforce CPQ solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Customize and configure Salesforce CPQ functionalities, including product configuration, pricing rules, discounting, and quoting processes.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and translate business needs into CPQ solutions.
• Optimize and streamline the end-to-end quote-to-cash process within the Salesforce platform.
• Build custom solutions and manage advanced CPQ configurations such as product rules, pricing rules, and discounting structures.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve CPQ-related issues to ensure high system reliability and performance.
• Maintain data quality within Salesforce CPQ and develop necessary workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other internal and external business systems to automate and enhance business processes.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of CPQ customizations, configurations, technical designs, and user guides.
• Configure notifications, roles, and responsibilities within the Salesforce environment.
• Design and manage the deployment of CPQ solutions and related changes to production and other Skills and Experience:
• Certification in Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform Developer (I or II).
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce CPQ data model.
• Hands-on experience with designing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce CPQ solutions.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Flow, Apex triggers, package installation, general Salesforce
  
  

customizations, and integrations.

• Experience configuring and managing Salesforce permissions, roles, and email notifications.
• Ability to design and deploy solutions effectively across Salesforce environments
