Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Windsor, CT. The Commercial Flooring Estimator role is to accurately assess cost and materials required for projects. You will work closely with sales representatives, clients, and project managers to provide detailed and competitive estimates for flooring installation or renovation projects.

Qualifications

• Estimating experience or Construction Managment with drafting or CAD knowledge
• Possess strong time management skills
• Read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, specs
• Proficient with computers - estimating and industry specific software
• Demonstrate sharp mathematical, analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to meet deadlines in a high pressure, fast paced environment and be able to adapt to schedule changes
• Experience in the commercial flooring industry is a plus
