Role: Estimator/Project Manager

Location: Canandaigua, NY

Are you an experienced Estimator/Project Manager looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality public and commercial building projects.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and managing projects from inception through to completion. You’ll be working on a variety of public-sector builds, with a strong focus on schools and office buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors throughout the tender and construction phases.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Oversee site progress and resolve any issues that arise during the build.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Estimator, Project Manager, or similar role in construction
• Proven experience delivering public-sector projects – ideally schools
• Familiarity with office building developments also highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in estimating/project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
