Seeking a talented, motivated and experienced Estimating Manager to join our company! The ideal candidate will be an experienced manager with the ability to fully manage estimating projects. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead and work well with a team, and will have demonstrated professional success. This position is responsible for ensuring output is timely, cost-effective and in line with company standards. The Estimator Position will also be responsible for maintaining a close relationship with project managers and field staff to ensure estimating objectives are being met. MUST HAVE CIVIL CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE. Responsibilities: Estimate the cost of construction materials for Civil Construction Projects). Calculate the cost of construction materials (dirt work, utilities, etc). Ability to read plans and show what is needed to complete job. Estimate the fees for contractors. Create a budget to complete project. Calculate costs of construction materials and fees for contractors. Be able to communicate with workers. Candidate must have previous experience in the Civil Construction estimating field.
